I wanted to tell you that your administration program, DirectAdmin, is a total disgrace, and I loathe it dearly. I don't know who's the stupid monkey who created it, but he (or she) must be spanked with a dedicated spanking device (preferably by me).

Why can't I copy directories?
Why can't I control how many items per page I see? I need to copy an entire folder, and you won't let me do that!

Do you understand how stupid you are?

cPanel is much better. It's a shame our hosting company (which is a sucky company as well) don't use it.
