so the twilight deepens and the noises quiet down
on a world that keeps revolving in that same speed
in that same circle.
so the stars come out
and the moon shines in it's fullness
and every thought seems louder than before.
and things change but stay the same
people change but stay the same
and everything seems to go forward and then backward
but you still say nothing.
you're silent.
you look at me, with that same green in your eyes
envious?
maybe.
you can't talk. you never could.
with the utmost stelth you sneak away
and disappear into the dark
only to come back the next day
and look at me again with those green eyes
and say nothing.
