In search of the best steak in the world

I pity all those who believe they had the BEST STEAK IN THE WORLD at ¨el Viejo Jack¨. On the same hand I pity all those who don´t have the luxury to consider the steak at  ¨el Viejo Jack¨ as a ¨nothing but a very good steak¨, and in a few weeks from now I will be part of that 2nd group.

Don´t get me wrong... it´s good. It´s juicy...it´s soft... in a way it melts in your mouth, but not too much. For some reason it´s closer to Well than Medium, (as the steak I had today... which taught me from now on to ask for the Meduim-Rare type), it lacks any TIBUL, but god damn it´s a good steak. So...no BEST STEAK IN THE WORLD yet, but... we r on the right path.

Until then... I pity those who believe they had the BEST STEAK IN THE WORLD at ¨el Viejo Jack¨.
