Wow, It's been over a month.

I'm so bad at this.

Writing about myself is quite hard.

So what's new?

I've been offered a Real Estate deal by my father, which, in theory, should benefit me financially.

The desicion for taking mortgage in order to buy the apartment is really daunting.

In order to make the desicion easier, I have started participating in a financial course.

This course is really eye-opening for me - although I've been introduced to the concept before

by reading the book "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" when I was about 14. (I should read it again)

Basically, what the course says is, your money is losing value unless you invest it in something - and no, investing it in the Bank's deposit programs does not count. Contrary, these are all viable options; Real Estate, Stock Exchange, Business, Intelectual Property.

I've also been to my annual Snowboard Trip (well, okay, it was the second one this year, but it was planned first קריצה).

I had a real good time, although I feel as if this vacation could've been better fulfilled.

On the 15th of February, rain started around 4am - which was seen as a bad omen in my perspective.

Around 5:20am we reached the airport, where we met Omri by chance.

Flight check in was a breeze and so was the duty free shopping. We started our flight with Turkish Airways twoards Istanbul ( which is our connection flight ) around 30 minutes late. Istanbul seemed like a pretty city as the plane lowered gear for landing.

We wasted another hour and a half in Sabiha airport, only to have our flight gate changed in the last second.

Both planes were very spactious and the meals were really good.

After landing at Munich, I've forgot my backpack in the Baggage Claims belts and had torun and get it back.

We rented a very spacious and luxurious car from Sixt; a Ford Galaxy. Seat heating is awesome.

The drive to Schwendau was horrible and took about 3 and a half hours.

The house keeper was very kind and invited us for a cup of Moonshine Schnapps. Our home looks great and it seems to have a great view of the mountain.

After a good night sleep, we went to the bakery around 7am, to buy some fresh bread (Brot) and bacon (Speck) and milk (Milch).

We went up the mountain just to enter a cloud which ruined our vision. Later on, that cloud ped tons of fresh powder on us. Ira rode suprisingly well. We've been to some blue runs and red runs and also been to the park although we couldn't see where the jumps start and where is the landing.

Riding the Mod Rocker was very fun.

It is way more playful then my Burton Deuce, although at times it felt very unstable.

When we reached our apartment, we went downstairs for our Sauna, which was very relaxing and surprisingly luxurious. I even meditated a few minutes in there.

Back in our apartment we drank a hell lot of peach Schnapps which tasted horrible; somewhere along the lines of Aceton and Bleach.

We danced and most importantly acted like fools. קול

On our last day, we did some MAD offpistes with lots of powder. That was a blast.

This basically sums it up.
