Research In Motion added to AmTech Focus List (63.53 +1.17) AmTech adds Research in Motion (RIMM) to its Focus List and initiates coverage with a Buy and $95 price target. The firm believes it is among the most compelling growth stories to be found in any sector. The firm encourages investors to set aside their angst for not having owned the stock in the past (or not owning enough) and recognize that there is still significant upside to this story. As 2.5G networks turn on, BlackBerry is becoming ubiquitous. The stock has gone from hated to loved during a two-year 15-fold stock move, but the story is still young. The biggest overhang remains the NTP lawsuit, which does introduce uncertainty. Nevertheless, RIMM has several large product cycles ahead.
