תושבים יקרים,

לאחר שברכנו (ועוד נברך) לשנה טובה איש את רעהו במישור האישי והמשפחתי, מה נבקש ולמה נשאף בשנה החדשה עבור הישוב בו אנו חיים, ישוב בו כל כך הרבה אנשים מצויינים?

לפני מספר ימים, נערך בתל-מונד בפני מאות מוזמנים טקס קדוש של הכנסת ספר תורה. הוזמנתי לאירוע ע"י המארגנים ודווקא בטקס מכובד כזה, מצא ראש המועצה לנכון לתקוף אותי באופן מילולי בוטה ולירוק עלי כמה פעמים, ללא כל פרובוקציה מצידי, בנוכחות חברי מועצה בהווה ובעבר ואורחים אחרים. תלונה הוגשה במשטרה.

תל-מונד לא יכולה להרשות לעצמה ראש מועצה המתנהג כמו אחרון פרחחי הרחוב. זה איש שאמור להיות אות ומופת לילדינו, זה איש שקשה להמנע מ"זיו" פניו ו"מרגליות" לשונו, בכל טקס, אירוע חינוכי או אחר בישוב ורק לפני מספר ימים "זכינו" לכך בפתיחת שנת הלימודים. 

ראש מועצה כזה אסור שיהיה בבניין המועצה על כסא ראש המועצה, עליו להיות במקום אחר. אין לתת שהסיוט הזה יימשך עוד כ- 40 חודשים, עד הבחירות הבאות!

אין לאפשר שבתל-מונד יהיו לכלוך וזוהמה כאלה ושחזות המושבה כה תדרדר, עד שאנחנו מתביישים להזמין אורחים לביתנו, או שהתושבים מנקים את הרחוב בעצמם, לפני בוא אורחיהם, במקום שיעשו זאת קבלני הניקיון המועסקים ע"י המועצה. היעדר נקיון מוסרי וערכי של ראש המועצה, הביא ללכלוך וזוהמה, הניכרים בכל פינה ופינה בישוב.  

המפלצת בדמות הקניון שבמרכז תל-מונד, זוקפת שוב את ראשה ומאיימת, למען טובתם האישית של בעליו, לשבש את אורחות חיינו, כל זאת בעזרתו הפסיבית של ראש המועצה, שבמקרה הטוב לא עשה דבר כדי לעצור את הפרוייקט הזה, שחלקו נבנה על קרקע ציבורית. אין ספק שראש מועצה שרק טובת התושבים לנגד עיניו, היה משאיר את המקום כריאה ירוקה, עם מדשאות וגני שעשועים לילדים!

"הדמון" סנטר, "יפתח באביב 2012". מישהו זוכר מתי היה אמור להפתח הקאנטרי קלאב?, או מתי תוכנן להפתח האודיטוריום בקרית החינוך ?, או מתי היו צריכות להסתיים סוף סוף העבודות ברחוב כנען?

ראש המועצה לא מנע את הקמת הקניון, שיהיה בכיה לדורות לכולנו. תושבי תל-מונד לא ישכחו ולא יסלחו למי שהביאו אל פתחם את המפגע הסביבתי-התחבורתי-האקולוגי הזה, שיהרוס את הצביון של הישוב. 

בהזדמנות זאת שלוחה ברכה לחברנו הטייס אריה קדמי, ששילם בפיטוריו כדירקטור מטעם הציבור בחברה הכלכלית על הצטרפותו למובילי תנועת התקווה ובעזרת עו"ד רפי פישר, שפעל נגד ההחלטה האומללה להדיח את אריה, קיבלו ראש המועצה ועושי דברו רגליים קרות והם נאלצו להחזיר אותו לתפקידו. 

לא ניתן לאיש במועצה או בכל גוף הקשור אליה, כולל המתנ"ס, לעבור על החוק. תנועת התקווה תעמוד על המשמר ותטפל עפ"י החוק בכל החושבים שהם מעל החוק!

After we have wished each other Shana Tova (and we will continue to wish Shana Tova) on a personal and family level , what should we ask for and aspire to in the new year, for our community where we live, a community full of excellent people?

A few days ago, there was a holy ceremony  in Tel-Mond, with hundreds of invitees, for the new Sefer Torah. I was invited to the event by the organizers, and specifically at such an event, Mayor deemed it appropriate to publicly curse me and spit on me several times, in the presence of current and past members of the City Council, and other guests, without any provocation on my part. A complaint was filed with the Police.

Tel-Mond cannot allow itself to have a Mayor who behaves like a street thug. This is the man who is supposed to set an example for our children, and who appears at all ceremonies and educational events in the community, including opening of the school year just a few days ago.

This type of Mayor should be in another place, and not in the City Counsel building, sitting as Mayor. We cannot allow this nightmare to continue for another 40 months! 

We cannot allow Tel-Mond to be so dirty and filthy, and the appearance of the community to deteriorate so much, so that we are embarrassed to invite guests to our homes, or in the alternative, we the residents, are cleaning the roads ourselves, before our guests arrive, instead of the cleaning contractors retained by the City.

The lack of moral cleanliness and values of the Mayor have brought physical and tangible filth and dirt to every corner.

The monster in the form of a “Kenyon” in the center of Tel-Mond is again showing its head, and for the personal wealth of its owners, is threatening to disrupt our everyday life, all with the passive assistance of the Mayor, who, in the best case scenario is doing nothing to stop this venture, part of which is being built on public land. A Mayor who has only the best interests of his residents at heart would have left this area as a green space, with grass and parks for children! 

The “Demon” Center "will open in the spring of 2012". Does anyone remember when the Country Club is scheduled to open? When will the auditorium in the educational campus be opened? When will Kanaan St. be inaugurated?

The Mayor did not oppose the building of the “kenyon”, whose negative effects will remain for generations hereafter. The residents of Tel-Mond will not forgive, nor will they forget who brought them this ecological-environmental-transportation hazard, which will destroy the character of Tel-Mond.

At this opportunity, we wish to recognize our friend, the pilot, Arieh Kadmi, who was recently terminated as a director on behalf of the public in the Economic Company, as a result of his joining the leadership of the Hatikvah movement. With the assistance of Adv. Rafi Fisher, who acted against the pathetic decision to terminate Kadmi, the Mayor and his henchmen got cold feet, and were forced, to reinstate Arieh to his position as a director.

We will not allow anyone in the local government, or the City Council, or any entity related thereto, including the Matnas to violate the law. The Hatikvah movement will stand on guard and deal with according to law all those who believe they are above and beyond the law.
