so 1- yeah i know i said the next post will be in hebrew but , i'm pretty sure none reads this anyway so i might as well just write in english
and 2- i suck , my "diet" isnt going as great
actually didnt even start anything :\
school is comig up and and i really dont wanna go back to school looking like this
i have so many cute outfits i wanna wear , i just gotta do it !!
so in order to make it work
im gonna write here what im planning on eating tomorrow hopefully i'll follow that
and obviously tmrw i'll write what i ate and stuff
( im pretty sure next post will be in hebrew)
but then again who cares LOL i pretty much writing this to myself since nobodys reading it anyway haha
but whatevssss
so the plan for tmrw-
morning - yougurt bio - 1.5% maybe with some fruits and granola
lunch -im not sure yet we'll see but whatever it is i'll take a small amount
dinner -salad with tuna
i know its kinda alot but slowly i'll start to eat less
soo yay good luck to me and to anyone trying to get fit :)
