Casually Exceptional

You see succesful people, all glamorous and what not. Nobody ever tells you that there is no secret. Nobody get's anywhere without hard work. At first when you begin something you come in with huge ambitions and shiney dreams.

The first time you try you might be discouraged to find out it's not as easy as it was made out to be. Nobody ever tells you that the person you're comparing yourself to had worked for YEARS to master his skill and that he .sucked the first time just as well 

The only way he got where he did without working as hard as he should have worked is only by mere chance or commercialising. Being famous doesn't automatically mean that that person is smart, good looking or skilled at anything and for fact there's actually a lot more famous people who are good at anything.

So don't diss yourselves. Be realistic. Everything takes time and effort and a lot of thinking but hey, if it's something you love then what does it matter?
