שכל המלחמה בצפון התחילה, אני הייתי במחנה קיץ ביער הזורע.

לא באמת חשבתי שהמצב יתדרדר בצורה כזאת.

הייתי נאיבית (?) בנוגע למצב. חשבתי שמורידים אותנו הביתה רק כי ההורים קצת דואגים.

לא חשבתי שגם לי יהיה חלק במלחמה הזאת, חלק משפחתי.

יש לי משפחה בצפת, שעכשיו עברה לבני ברק בגלל שקטיושה פגעה בבית ברחוב שלהם.

מפחיד ביותר.

היום בערב שמעתי שיחה שהתנהלה בין אמא שלי לחבר שלה מברזיל.

היא הסבירה לו משהו על המצב פה בארץ. שסיימה לדבר איתו, שאלתי אותה מה היא הסבירה לו.

מתברר שבברזיל בכלל לא יודעים שקטיושות וטילים פוגעים בערי ישראל.

ברחבי העולם מודעים למה שאנחנו עושים בלבנון, אבל לא מודעים למה שהחיזבאללה עושים לישראל.

גם באיטליה זה ככה. אבא שלי סיפר לי שהוא דיבר עם חברה טובה שלו מאיטליה היום בצהריים, והיא סיפרה לו איך מראים את ישראל בחדשות שם.

באמת שזה מרתיח לי את הדם. אבא שלי אומר שאני מאוד תמימה בקשר לכל זה.

כתבתי מכתב ל-CNN. על הצורה שבה הם מראים ומסבירים לעולם על המצב במזרח התיכון, ושבכל העולם לא מודעים באמת למה שקורה כאן.

Hello, my name is Anni and I am 15 years old, from Tel-Aviv, Israel.

It’s freaking me out the way you’re passing the information about the situation here in the Middle East to the world.

I’m talking here about the whole press and media around the world, not only about the CNN.

Just today my mother talked with a friend of her who lives in Brazil, and guess what I found?

That in Brazil, they don’t know about the Katyusha rocket that the Hizbollah are sending on Israel.

They know about the situation in Lebanon, but not about the situation here in Israel.

And the same in Italy.  My father talked this afternoon with his friend from Italy, and she told him the same as my mother’s friend from Brazil.

So here is my conclusion:

The world doesn’t really know what is happening in the Middle East.  

Or perhaps, not the whole truth.

If you want, I will send you the story about my family, who were expelled from their house because of the situation.
