היום הייתי במצברוח די מבואס. הסתובבתי כל היום בבית,קראתי,ראיתי טלוויזיה,מחשב, וחוצמזה-כלום. בעיקר בגלל אתמול. ניסיתי להיות מאושר,וזה לא הלך. גם אתמול, זה לא היה האושר שייחלתי לו, לא הייתי מאושר ושלם עם עצמי לגמרי-וגם האושר הזמני נקטע. מן הסתם,אחרת הוא לא היה זמני(=

אז היום עבר בדי הרבה ייסורים עצמיים. הגיע הערב,ראיתי טלוויזיה,וב11 בערך ירדתי לראות טלוויזיה עם אמא שלי. ב23:25 התחיל הסרט "איזו מין שוטרת" עם סנדרה בולוק. אף פעם לא ציפיתי מהסרט הזה ליותר מדי, במיוחד בגלל השם, אבל זה סרט מאוד נחמד ויפה. וכמו בכמה פעמים בעבר, הסרט הזה העלה לי את המצברוח וגם לי לחזור להאמין בעצמי ובסביבה. עכשיו אני באמת מרגיש מאושר, מה שלא קרה יחסית הרבה זמן. אני מקווה שזה יחזיק. אני אגרום לזה להחזיק.
