1. I've been in the IDF for 3 years and two months now, and done a verity of different things while serving. I have a year and seven months left, some say maybe 17 years..
2. Having said that, it really bothers me when I hear about people who haven't served our country (Hila, took it from you..) . The army isn't for everyone, but there are other ways to give back.
3. My native language is Russian, my favorite language is English and I mostly speak Hebrew.
4. Nowadays, I'm a student in the OpenU - soon to be computer science and biology. In the mean time, I take these technician courses in order to raise my salary without looking for a job.
5. I've been addicted to cigarettes for nearly four years. I mysteriously stopped one day and never plan to re-ignite that flame.
6. I've never done drugs, of any kind. I don't like it, I don't approve of it and I will defiantly don't want It in my life. It bothers me to see people do it, but unless it's someone really important to me, I won't make a comment on the subject.
7. Having said that, I broke a very close friendship I had in high school because of that.
8. My favorite fruit is a tomato, much like my older sister. After that, its strawberries and raspberries.
9. Yeah, I have an older sister (half sister, by my dad). Found out about her three years ago, met her last year. She's cool, but lives in the US (bonus to the coolness factor, problem when you want to get to know each other).
10. I have this thing - I keep losing expensive jewelry people buy me. The cheep ones, on the other hand, stay in their places..
11. Me and my wonderful boyfriend are now together for three years, nine months and three days. It's a mature loving and caring relationship, which will last forever and ever. So mote it be.
12. If I could live without the bothers of money (no need to pay for housing, food and such) I would defiantly give my life to art. My mom tried that, and thank god my dad didn’t.. J
13. Having said that, I sing (not amazing), I dance (also not amazing) and I act (even worse). All factors of the time I invest. The only thing I know I'm still good at is writing.
14. I have three computers in my 11.5 square meter room. Each with a different Operation System.
15. I'm a real book-geek. I love sinking into other worlds, surrounding myself with words and pretending I'm a part of the story.
16. My all-time-fantasy: own my own house with a yard, a dancing studio and a recording room. The 4 children (2 boys and 2 girls) + husband are included.
17. I have three food-related addictions, for each a different person to share with – shrimps with mom, sushi with Yevgeni and frozen yogurt with Yogev.
18. I don't regret, or at least try really hard to make right choices and avoid regretting.
19. I'm a critic. I criticize everyone, usually not out loud. But the person I criticize the most is me, myself and the other side of me.
20. New discovery – I have a few friends at most. Most people who think they know me, know only a side. My real friends(and you're out there, heyJ) are people I stayed up at least one night talking to. The night is the time the mask slips.
21. I'm strong. And as much as I'm strong, I can be fragile.
22. I've been hurt many times in my life, in all possible shapes and forms, physical, verbal and mental. I have some scars from those times, but I know better now, and I can fight back. Hurting me now is quite hard.
23. I made up a boyfriend when I was in the 10th grade. He wasn't imaginary, but we met only once, after a six-month-internet-affair. I told my friends that we were actually seeing each other though we only talked over the phone and ICQ. I was really in love with him, and thought we'd be together for real. We weren’t. Met once, kissed, there weren’t any fireworks. We broke up. I started gaining weight.
24. After a few years, I spoke to him again just to close the circle.
25. I know everything is going to end well. Good things happen to good people. I hope.
