Magnum opus

  Hebrew culture isn't much of a choice either. Practically, it means stealing the popular music from the Russians, the literature traditions from the Russians, translating the folk songs from Russian, but doing all of that in Hebrew (which stole many grammatical features, forms of expression, idioms, &c.―you guessed it!―from Russian). Oh, and some from Yiddish, and a little bit from here and there (like the hora dancing, which is actually Romani).

  But there's hope. There can be a completely new culture created here.

  The thing is, it will take centuries (not including the time to get rid of the 'Jewish' tradition). And I can't wait.
