Dear Students,
There is a new takanon with regards to hitztaynut bezman halimudim
(see takanon 3.1.4 on page 30 of the catalogue) effective for the mitztaynim of this semester.

under `meida clali' called `hitztaynut belimudim' explaining the details.
In short, the new takanon says that students are divided into `arutzim'
(groupings of maslulei limud). Mitztayen nasi is awarded to any student
who during the semester in question accumulated at least 18 points,
has an average of at least 91 and is in the top 3% of the students in his arutz.
Mitztayen dekan is awarded to any student who accumulated at least 18 points,
has an average of at least 84 and is in the top 15% of the students in his arutz,
and has not been awarded hitztaynut nasi.
